Role Description:

As an Excess Workers' Compensation Underwriting Director, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the profitable growth of Safety National's portfolio within your assigned territory. Collaborating closely with Business Development, Claims, and other underwriting teams, you will contribute to cross-selling strategies and ensure a unified approach to large account opportunities. Additionally, you will mentor and guide less experienced underwriters, helping to strengthen team capabilities and uphold underwriting excellence.

Your role will also involve staying informed on regulatory and market developments across your territory, participating in industry events, and representing Safety National as a subject matter expert.
