WTW is uniquely positioned to create breakthrough experiences for our clients and their employees with a powerful combination of advisory and technology solutions for employee listening (Engage) and employee communications (Embark).

As a Market Sales Leader, you will be responsible for growing Embark and Engage Software sales for EX. In this role, you will develop the sales strategy and tactics for growth in key markets in the West Region. Your focus will be to build relationships with internal consulting partners and lead relationship managers in order to bring our solutions to prospects and clients. In addition, you will perform in-depth demonstrations, complete RFP responses, and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal parties to communicate our software plus communication advisory position, working in partnership with the North America EX Product Sales Leader and the local EX Market Leaders
  • Develop and implement local sales initiatives and strategic planning with local market leadership
  • Achieve or exceed the software sales lifecycle target, effectively managing the sales process from inception to closing opportunities
  • Contribute to global sales initiatives and strategic planning
  • Provide a "voice of the client" to the Product, Delivery and Support organizations
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reporting
  • Partner with Solutions Consultants and Product Sales Leaders on the creation of marketing materials including cases studies and targeted emails
  • Maintain a $10M pipeline in your region and sell $5M in total contract value annually


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience required
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and networks
  • Demonstrated individual success in selling, delivering or supporting personalized communications, digital communications, HR Portal or Total Rewards Portal clients
  • Demonstrated individual success in selling, delivering or supporting employee listening software or services
  • Track record of collaboration, process excellence, and innovation
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the West region

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $138,000- $263,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
