As a Front-End Engineer within , you’ll be a core part of an agile team, delivering product and technical improvements that create value for our customers. You’ll use your experience and emerging technologies to solve technical challenges, validate solutions and deliver value quickly, while contributing to technical planning and software design.

You’ll help maintain and improve our engineering standards, proactively address technical debt, and collaborate closely across Product, Engineering and Design to deliver prioritised work.

Some of what you'll do:

• Build and improve our core SalonBiz products, working across Angular, JavaScript and PL/SQL, with a stronger focus on our frontend stack.
• Deliver high-quality, secure software while balancing new features, bug fixes and technical improvements.
• Work in an agile, iterative way, breaking larger initiatives into smaller releases and experiments that get value to customers faster.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including our release pipelines, monitoring, feature flagging and deployments.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Product Design and QA to solve problems and deliver great customer outcomes.
• Contribute to technical planning and continuously improve how we build and deliver software.
• Participate in our on-call rotation when required.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years’ software engineering experience working in agile teams.
• Strong hands-on Angular and JavaScript experience - Angular is essential.
• A strong understanding of agile, DevOps and modern delivery practices, including iterative delivery, feature flagging and partial deployments.
• A collaborative approach to working across Product and Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make technical concepts easy to understand.
• Experience with collaborative programming, coaching and mentoring other engineers.
• Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a bonus.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with access to our Denver, CO office if you are located in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation: The compensation for this position is $78,000 - $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
