Job Title:Events Program Manager IV

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in executive engagement, events, or program management.
  • Experience serving as the on-site owner during live executive events, including real-time problem resolution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating across global and cross-regional teams.
  • Experience managing vendors and hospitality operations.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for improving operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of wearable technology and other consumer electronics technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Executive Briefing Center in Burlingame, California, including on-the-day, on-site coordination with internal cross-functional partners.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all internal stakeholders, including Facilities, Security, Culinary, Audio/Visual (A/V), and other teams involved in the delivery and execution of executive briefings.
  • Partner closely with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high-impact, memorable executive experiences aligned with broader business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory supplies related to the Executive Briefing Center.
  • Manage systems, tools, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.
  • Identify, document, and implement process improvements that can be carried forward across the program.
  • Support the management and creation of Executive Briefing Program assets and resources to drive internal awareness and external demand.
  • Apply industry best practices for Executive Briefing Programs by utilizing systems, processes, and frameworks that improve operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day:
  • Operational management of the executive experiences center
  • Managing supplies, inventory, and product showcasing
  • Running high-touch engagements for C-level executives and visiting customers
  • Cross-functional coordination across partner teams
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects at varying stages
  • Providing clear, proactive communication to stakeholders

Location: Burlingame, CA [5 Days Onsite]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $178,800 - $228,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
