About the role:

The Events Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of targeted programs. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Programs, the Events Manager ensures every event is planned and executed to a high standard, on time, and within budget and is fit for purpose. The Events Manager owns the processes, tools, and reporting that make the program scalable as Digital Asset grows.

Responsibilities:

Event coordination and logistics
  • Owns the planning for conferences, partner activations, roundtables, and field events across Digital Asset's global markets, including all logistics
  • Drives flagship event production by managing workback schedules, vendor communications, attendee lists, run-of-show documents, and on-site setup
  • Handles venue and vendor coordination: researches options, obtains quotes, tracks deliverables, and follows up to keep timelines on track
  • Manages attendee communications including invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-up in coordination with the marketing team

Budget tracking and vendor support
  • Tracks and manages event expenses against approved budgets and flags variances to the Director of Marketing Programs
  • Processes vendor invoices and purchase orders; maintains accurate records of spend by event
  • Supports contract execution by coordinating approvals and ensuring vendors receive the information they need to deliver

Reporting and process
  • Maintains the events calendar and keeps internal stakeholders informed of upcoming activities, deadlines, and logistics requirements
  • Captures post-event data - attendance, leads generated, costs - and compiles and analyzes the data (except for lead generation) to provide inputs for the Director's regular marketing reports
  • Maintains event production templates, briefing documents, and run-of-show frameworks so processes are consistent and repeatable

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience and capabilities in event planning and coordination of event marketing
  • Familiar with conference sponsorship logistics or owned event production
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail; able to track multiple workstreams simultaneously and not let things fall through the cracks
  • Effective communicator
  • Able to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external vendors without requiring close supervision
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
  • Proficient with productivity and project management tools; familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience in or able to learn to work with Wrike or other marketing automation platforms
  • Able to travel and work on-site at events as required


The range below may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
