Full Job Description
• Manage, research, plan logistics and successfully execute a broad range of internal events from small meetings to large corporate all-hands, and company-wide social events. • Collaborate with internal and external clients using the event center to help define, structure and optimize utilization of resources before, during and after the event, following the company's standards of image, quality and service. • Create, streamline, and implement internal processes for internal support resources, e.g. Catering, Security, Facilities & Janitorial. • Coordinate orders or support from outside vendors and suppliers. • Participate as an independent operational support resource on day-of-event. • Lead post-event post-mortem analyses and discussions: sharing observations, identifying successes and areas for improvement and making recommendations for future events. • Track key performance metrics and reporting to internal stakeholders • Support customer visits and executive meetings, ensuring established protocols are followed. • Support day-to-day requests from the assistant community and general employee population. • Assist facilities with daily support. Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $99,360 to $136,620. • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
