- Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a high-impact event roadmap (conferences, roundtables, and bespoke dinners) that supports our aggressive sales goals.
- Go-to-Market Ownership: Own and deliver the full marketing strategy for major tentpole events, including regional data strategies and targeted audience building.
- Pipeline Generation: Track attendee acquisition and lead capture meticulously, ensuring event activities deliver SQLs and a clear ROI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to align event messaging, coordinate speaker sessions, and ensure our AI agent is presented flawlessly.
- Digital Integration: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive 360-degree campaigns-promoting events via email, social, and PR to maximize reach.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the event budget, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics to ensure a premium experience for every attendee.
