What will you contribute?

As part of the Global Events & Experiential Marketing team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-impact virtual, hybrid, and in-person events that drive customer engagement, pipeline acceleration, and brand experience for Finastra.

You will manage end-to-end event execution across a diverse portfolio—from executive programs and customer engagement events to large-scale global conferences and third-party sponsorships. You will ensure exceptional quality, measurable ROI, and seamless stakeholder experiences across all initiatives.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a strong focus on execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Event Strategy & Execution 

  • Lead and support end-to-end planning and execution of global events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats 

  • Ensure alignment of events with broader marketing and business objectives, including customer engagement and pipeline generation goals 

  • Deliver high-quality experiences that reflect Finastra’s brand standards 

Program & Logistics Management 

  • Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue sourcing, RFP processes, contract negotiation, agenda development, show flow, executive coordination, and onsite execution 

  • Oversee planning timelines and project plans 

Budget & Financial Management 

  • Own event budgets from planning through reconciliation 

  • Track spend and manage forecasts 

Event Technology & Digital Experience 

  • Design and manage digital event environments 

  • Deliver seamless attendee journeys 

Stakeholder & Vendor Management 

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors 

  • Lead vendor negotiations 

Measurement & Optimization 

  • Measure performance against KPIs 

  • Provide insights to improve ROI 

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field 

  • Proven corporate event experience 

  • Experience managing complex global events 

  • Strong knowledge of event tech platforms 

  • Budget and contract management experience 

  • Excellent stakeholder management 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Attention to detail and deadline management 

  • Microsoft 365 proficiency; Cvent preferred 

  • Ability to travel (5–20%)
