We're hiring an event manager to join our Marketing team and fully own Jobber's highest-volume, sales-driven event portfolio. This role is primarily focused on events that drive revenue growth, strengthen partner relationships, and enable sales.

The Team: Marketing at Jobber is responsible for telling our story, growing awareness, and driving demand. Within Marketing, the Events team plays a critical role in supporting both brand and revenue objectives through experiences.
This role sits within Events, with a dedicated focus on events that drive sales and requires a deep partnership with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Revenue leadership.
The Role: As
Event Manager, you will be fully accountable for planning, executing, and optimizing Jobber's high-volume, revenue-driving events. Your portfolio will include:
tradeshows, partnership-led events, Brand Partnerships (BP) events, and more. This is a high-volume events role.
You'll act as the primary driver for these programs-owning strategy, execution, and results-while managing multiple events in parallel and operating at speed.
This role is ideal for an event manager who is comfortable with scale, repetition, and continuous optimization, and who understands how events support pipeline creation, partner success, and sales performance.
The Event Manager Will: Own High-Volume Events End to End- Lead the planning and execution of Jobber's tradeshows, BP events, partnership events, and more.
- Manage multiple concurrent events with varying scopes, audiences, and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution plans.
- Own vendor management, booth builds, sponsorship deliverables, venues, logistics, and staffing.
Drive Revenue-Focused Outcomes- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Demand teams to align events to revenue goals.
- Ensure events are designed to support pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales effectiveness.
- Translate sales objectives into event strategies, experiences, and execution plans.
- Track performance metrics including leads, conversions, partner impact, and post-event outcomes.
- Apply learnings across events to constantly improve efficiency, consistency, and results.
Be the Driver for Key Event Programs- Serve as the primary owner and point of accountability for:
- Tradeshows
- Brand Partner events
- Partnership-led events
- Continuously refine and scale execution models to support a growing events portfolio.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally- Act as a central point of coordination across Events, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Gen, Brand, Creative, and external partners.
- Communicate timelines, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, tooling, and documentation that support scale
To be successful, you should have:- Proven experience managing high-volume event portfolios, particularly tradeshows and sales-led events.
- Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events at once.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Partnerships teams.
- A results-driven mindset with comfort in tying events to revenue and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, primarily within the United States.
It Would Be Great (But Not Required) If You Had:- Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead capture tools, and event technology platforms.
- CMP certification or equivalent.

Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.Compensation:At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $98,300 a midpoint of $115,700, and a maximum salary of $133,100 designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual's current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
