European A-Level / Master Automotive Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida.
We are a European specialty repair facility working on
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, MINI, Volkswagen, Maserati, McLaren, and other high-end European vehicles.We are not looking for a basic parts changer.
We are looking for a technician who understands
diagnostics, electrical systems, and proper testing procedures and takes pride in repairing vehicles correctly the first time.
What You'll Work On- Advanced electrical diagnostics
- Check engine and drivability diagnostics
- BMW, Mercedes, Audi/VW and Porsche systems
- Programming, coding and module diagnosis
- CAN-Bus and communication faults
- Engine and mechanical repairs
- Cooling-system repairs
- Air-conditioning diagnostics and repairs
- Suspension and steering
- Brake systems
- Oil and coolant leaks
- Transmission and drivetrain diagnosis
- Factory scheduled maintenance
- Pre-purchase inspections
Compensation$110,000-$160,000+ annual earning potentialCompensation will depend on experience, diagnostic ability, certifications, productivity, and European brand knowledge.

Qualifications•
Experience Preferred: 5+ years of professional European automotive experience
• You should be capable of following wiring diagrams, testing circuits, evaluating live data, and diagnosing the actual cause of a problem rather than simply replacing parts based on fault codes.
What We're Looking ForIdeal candidates will have several years of professional European automotive experience.
We are especially interested in technicians with dealership or specialty-shop experience with:

• Mercedes-Benz
• Audi / Volkswagen
• Porsche
• Land Rover / Jaguar
• Bentley / Rolls-Royce
ASE certifications and manufacturer training are preferred but not required if you can demonstrate strong experience and diagnostic ability.
