Overview:Job Description:Overview:The EUC Release Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of releases across the End User Computing (EUC) environment, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end release lifecycle for EUC applications and platforms
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for release planning
- Ensure proper testing, validation, and sign-offs before production deployment
- Implement and enforce change management and release governance processes
- Identify risks, develop rollback strategies, and ensure contingency planning
- Monitor post-release performance and resolve any deployment issues
- Maintain release documentation and audit compliance
Required Skills:- Strong experience in release and change management (ITIL framework preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to EUC environments (Windows, VDI, desktop management)
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
