Position Description: We are seeking an experienced ETQ Reliance Platform Lead to provide ongoing support and administration of the current ETQ Reliance Quality Management System, lead the implementation of Product Complaint Management within the existing platform, and support the transition to ETQ Reliance NextGen.
This role will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for ETQ platform operations, configuration management, release deployments, environment support, and migration activities. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with ETQ Reliance administration, development, DevOps practices, and quality management processes in a regulated Life Sciences environment.
This role can be performed remotely.
Your future duties and responsibilities: ETQ Platform Support & DevOps
. Serve as the primary technical resource supporting the current ETQ Reliance platform.
. Maintain ETQ environments including Development, Test, Validation, UAT, and Production.
. Manage application configurations, security, workflows, notifications, and system administration.
. Perform environment migrations, releases, deployments, and configuration promotions.
. Coordinate platform maintenance activities, patches, upgrades, and issue resolution.
. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
. Develop and maintain deployment procedures, release documentation, and support runbooks.
. Ensure system compliance with GxP, FDA, and internal quality requirements.
Product Complaint Implementation
. Configure complaint workflows, forms, business rules, queues, and notifications.
. Support data migration activities for complaint related records and historical information.
. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics supporting complaint management processes.
ETQ Reliance NextGen Migration
. Support planning and execution of the migration from the current ETQ Reliance platform to ETQ Reliance NextGen.
. Assess existing configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations for migration readiness.
. Identify gaps and remediation activities required for NextGen adoption.
. Support migration of configurations, data, and business processes to the NextGen environment.
. Assist with post go live stabilization and operational support.
Technical Leadership
. Act as the technical liaison between Quality, IT, Validation, and vendor teams.
. Recommend improvements to ETQ platform performance, usability, and maintainability.
. Maintain system documentation, configuration specifications, and support documentation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 5+ years of ETQ Reliance administration, development, or platform support experience.
. Experience supporting ETQ in regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments.
. Experience implementing or supporting Product Complaint Management processes.
. Experience with ETQ configuration, workflows, forms, security, reporting, and system administration.
. Experience managing software releases, environment migrations, and platform deployments.
. Experience supporting enterprise application upgrades and migrations.
Preferred Qualifications
. ETQ Reliance NextGen migration or implementation experience.
. ETQ Reliance certification.
. Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL reporting, XML, and data migration activities.
. Familiarity with GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 requirements.
. Experience working in SaaS based Quality Management platforms.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 $223,200.00.
