Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Snowflake and SQL.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, specifically for AWS Glue jobs.
• Ability to write SQL and stored procedures in Snowflake with some knowledge of its functionalities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GitLab for code deployment.
• Hands-on experience in a production support environment for troubleshooting job failures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve break/fix issues and enhancements independently.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in Snowflake.
• Script in Python to address AWS Glue job-related issues.
• Maintain and document processes clearly and effectively.
• Assist customers directly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Utilize GitLab for code deployment and version control.
• Monitor and fix production issues that arise from job failures.
