ETL Developer (Informatica/Talend)
Elk Grove, CA
Must have:
9-10yrs of IT
3-5 years' of experience in Talend Components (database, file, API, OS system calls, etc), Context management, Deployment, Performance Tuning and Administration (setting up projects, using admin-console to configurejobs, etc.) to help build end to end ETLconnection from client sources ,staging data lake to solution DB/server
Experience with different project development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall Model, agile/scrum to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories and working through backlogs
Performs root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problem and manages the resolution of complex problems.
Ensure delivery of change management activities supporting production deployments to Developers, Quality Control Analysts, and Environment Management personnel.
Proficient in all aspects of Data profiling
Strong documentation & Strong coordination skills.
Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills
Should have understanding of data warehousing concepts
Should be able to troubleshoot API integration code
Should be familiar with Github and other source control tools
Knowledge in cloud technologies preferably snowflake
Experience with Agile Methodology
Strong experience in advanced SQL programming
Minimum data modeling experience
