Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Ethics Analyst Staff for the Ethics & Business Conduct team. Our team is responsible for supporting LM's Ethics and Business Conduct program and ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Ethics Analyst Staff you will be responsible for guiding the organization in ethical standards, developing communications, and leading investigations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Advise management and employees on implementing the Code of Ethics and handling ethical issues.
- Develop and deliver communications that reinforce the ethics program.
- Determine when investigations are needed and conduct or coordinate them to resolution.
- Document investigations, maintain records in COMET, and produce reports and presentations for leadership.
- Monitor program performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements in partnership with Legal, Internal Audit, and HR.

Some travel will be required. This will be a hybrid position and must be onsite at least 50% of time.
Basic QualificationsExcellent interpersonal communications (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
Ability to influence, counsel, mediate, and give guidance and direction.
Strong problem solving/investigative skills with professional report writing and presentations skills
Unquestionable integrity and exceptional trust building skills
Experience in analyzing data to develop trend analysis
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Must be a self-starter with strong initiative, work independently, to guide managers and employees through highly sensitive matters
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Desired SkillsUnderstanding of the MFC business area
Experience interacting with all levels of employees and management
Experience in employee issue resolution
Investigative report writing experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
