Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis of ETF providers, tracking product launches and positioning strategies

  • Support product launches in collaboration with Investment Management, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams
  • Act as ETF subject matter expert for distribution teams and clients
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking product metrics and flows
  • Create presentations, marketing materials, and analytical reports
  • Perform quantitative analysis using Bloomberg, Simfund, and Excel

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $120,000 and $150,000/year* (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

We are seeking a talented ETF Product Associate to join our dynamic and growing ETF team during an exciting period of strategic expansion. This role offers the opportunity to support product strategy, product development, competitive positioning, and client solutions in one of asset management's fastest-evolving segments. You'll work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to bring new investment ideas to market, position our offerings competitively, and deliver meaningful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

In this role, you will:

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred (or in progress)
  • 3-5+ years' financial services experience, preferably in ETFs or product management, with a solid understanding of ETF mechanics and regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledge of derivatives or alternative investments with strong investment, analytical and quantitative aptitude
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Simfund and similar platforms
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ability to meet competing deadlines
  • FINRA Series 7 license (or acquisition within 90 days of hire)

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards and eligibility for commissions for applicable sales roles in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
