Qualifications

• Electrical experience in DOT, municipal, and industrial electrical projects or a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in renewable construction industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years estimating experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating software, specifically B2W, is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BlueBeam software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity surveys and estimates for electrical construction projects.
• Conduct pre-construction surveys and complete necessary preliminary documentation.
• Perform thorough plan reviews and pricing estimates to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to execute precise takeoffs.
• Stay updated on industry-standard software and explore new technologies for efficiency.
• Participate in occasional project site visits and attend pre-bid meetings for a better understanding of project scope.
• Assist with special projects and other estimating tasks as required.
