Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 3 years of project estimating experience.
• Substitutable applicable experience for degree requirement.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in estimating and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; estimating software experience preferred.
• Preferred experience in oil, gas, chemical, power, or industrial construction practices.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop FEL 1, 2, and 3 estimates for renewable gas plants and compressor station projects.
• Create estimate schedules to manage workloads for timely completion.
• Review RFP and engineering documents for gaps and overlaps in scope of work.
• Document quantity take-offs and conduct constructability analyses.
• Ensure accuracy of estimate clarifications and assumptions as well as project schedules.
• Support risk registers and assist in the risk review process to minimize project risk.
• Participate in project team reviews for estimating quantities and project scope.
