Full Job Description
Description

The Estate Planning Consultant is the person they sit down with. Our attorneys give the legal advice, recommend each family's plan, and draft the documents. You make sure families arrive at that conversation prepared, and you help them move forward once they have their recommendation.

This is a sales role with clear performance targets. It fits people who have sold a high-trust service in a consultative setting, such as financial advising, insurance, wealth management, or pharmaceutical and medical device sales, and who want work where the outcome matters to the family in front of them.

• A record of taking coaching and applying it quickly.
• Discipline with a CRM and with follow-up.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
