We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning attorney who can help guide clients through Estate Planning, Probate, and Adult Guardianship matters. The right candidate will enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping families find solutions during some of life's most important moments.

We are seeking an attorney who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience. The right person will be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that is growing and making an impact.

Responsibilities
• Meet with clients in both English and Spanish and provide exceptional legal guidance, service, and support.
• Develop and implement estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning strategies.
• Draft and oversee the preparation of estate planning and elder law documents.
• Manage client matters with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Deliver a client experience that reflects the firm's commitment to compassion, communication, and excellence.
• Help educate South Florida families through public speaking, community outreach, and educational events.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture by demonstrating initiative, dependability, attentive communication, and service-mindedness.
• This is a hybrid role. You should be comfortable working from our offices in Miami-Dade and Broward as needed.

Qualifications
• Florida bar license.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
