Full Job Description
A career as an ESG and Sustainable Development Advisor on the Corporate Sustainable Development team at National Bank means serving as a sustainability specialist. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in disclosure, ESG data analysis and strategic project management.

Your job
• Work on preparing sustainability disclosures aligned with the main frameworks and standards, ratings and regulations (e.g. PRB, CSR, CSRD, OSFI B-15).
• Write and summarise technical content into clear, easy-to-understand reports.
• Support the distribution of educational material on sustainability to various audiences, both internally and externally.
• Contribute to materiality assessments, peer benchmarking and completing sustainability-related questionnaires.
• Monitor new ESG regulations and disclosure trends to support internal alignment and preparation.
• Supporting data collection and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders and data owners.

You are part of a large team of 9 colleagues in Corporate Sustainable Development and will report to the Senior Manager - Corporate Sustainable Development. Prerequisites
• A university degree in environmental science, sustainable development, risk management or a related field of activity.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability disclosure, analysis and visualisation of ESG data or carbon accounting.
• Master the Office suite.
• Knowledge of sustainability disclosure frameworks (GHG protocol, ISSB, CSRD, OSFI Standard B-15, PRB, etc.), an asset.
• Excellent writing, analysis and research skills
