Real Estate Closing Manager - GG Homes | San Diego, CA
Role Overview: As the Real Estate Closing Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of escrow transactions. This role is ideal for those who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a natural warmth and enthusiasm for working with people. You will be the main line of communication during the escrow process, preparing transaction documents, monitoring close of escrow dates, and keeping all parties informed of any changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal staff during the escrow process.
- Prepare transaction documents and monitor close of escrow dates.
- Resolve title issues before closing and ensure all escrow paperwork and seller's disclosures are completed on time.
- Attend meetings with internal staff to provide status updates on all escrow files.
- Collaborate with sales team members on escrow files when necessary.
- Respond promptly to customer and vendor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Focus on building connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in real estate contracts, documents, and proficiency in online programs such as MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, and CRM.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience executing at a high volume, under pressure, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of organization.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the real estate investment industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Compensation:
- Expected On Target Earnings of $100k-180k.
- Management Compensation available via promotion.
