Full Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished executive advisor to lead HR Transformation Advisory for our healthcare provider clients. Sitting within our ERP practice, and partnering closely with our Strategy & Operations practice, the HR Transformation VP bridges strategy and execution-partnering with healthcare leaders to translate workforce and organizational priorities into measurable business outcomes enabled by enterprise technology.

This individual is a trusted advisor to Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and their executive teams. They understand the strategic challenges facing healthcare providers-from workforce shortages and clinician burnout to labor costs, retention, productivity, and organizational effectiveness-and help clients design practical transformation strategies that improve business performance. This leader begins with business strategy. They engage executive stakeholders to understand organizational priorities, identify opportunities to improve workforce performance, and develop transformation roadmaps that leverage enterprise platforms such as Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, and UKG. They partner with implementation and delivery teams to ensure those strategic objectives are realized through successful ERP implementations, optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

The successful candidate combines executive consulting experience, deep healthcare HR expertise, strong business acumen, and an exceptional ability to influence C-suite leaders. They are equally comfortable facilitating strategic discussions in the boardroom and collaborating with consulting teams to ensure technology investments deliver measurable organizational value.

Key Responsibilities

Trusted Advisor to Healthcare CHROs
  • Develop long-term advisory relationships with CHROs and senior HR executives across healthcare provider organizations.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on workforce transformation, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership development, labor optimization, and HR operating model modernization.
  • Understand each client's strategic priorities and translate them into actionable transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with CFOs and other executive stakeholders to build alignment around transformation priorities, investment decisions, and expected business value.

Workforce Transformation Strategy
  • Lead executive strategy engagements focused on solving healthcare's most pressing workforce challenges, including labor shortages, workforce planning, productivity, retention, scheduling, and organizational agility.
  • Facilitate executive workshops to define future-state operating models, strategic workforce priorities, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop business cases and value realization plans that clearly articulate expected operational, financial, and workforce outcomes.

Business-to-Technology Translation
  • Translate executive business objectives into enterprise transformation initiatives enabled by ERP and workforce technologies.
  • Partner closely with ERP implementation leaders to ensure technology designs support desired business capabilities-not simply system requirements.
  • Guide implementation and optimization teams to remain focused on achieving strategic workforce outcomes rather than technical milestones.
  • Ensure post-implementation optimization efforts continue to improve adoption, operational performance, and business value realization.

Executive Oversight of Transformation
  • Provide executive leadership across major Workday, Oracle, and workforce transformation engagements.
  • Establish governance models and success metrics centered on business outcomes, organizational adoption, and operational improvement.
  • Advise executive sponsors throughout implementation and optimization efforts to ensure alignment between organizational strategy and program execution.

Practice Development
  • Expand the firm's Workforce Transformation Advisory capabilities and market presence within the healthcare provider industry.
  • Collaborate across Strategy and ERP consulting teams to deliver integrated advisory services.
  • Develop new methodologies, intellectual property, and thought leadership focused on healthcare workforce transformation and HR modernization.
  • Support business development by cultivating executive relationships and identifying opportunities for strategic advisory engagements.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of consulting and executive advisory experience serving healthcare provider organizations.
  • Deep expertise working directly with CHROs and senior HR leaders on workforce strategy, organizational transformation, or HR operating model redesign.
  • Demonstrated success translating executive business priorities into enterprise transformation programs.
  • Significant experience with Workday-enabled HR transformation; familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG workforce management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics, labor management, talent strategy, and organizational performance.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Experience partnering with ERP implementation teams to ensure technology investments deliver intended business outcomes.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
