Job Summary:The ERP System Developer is responsible for providing system support of our ERP System, while also supporting all departments and users who rely on our ERP System.
Essential Functions: - Observes and participates in the full ERP System Development Lifecycle, including design, implementation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Monitors performance and addresses unexpected behavior.
- Researches, troubleshoots, and provides solutions to technical issues reported by the user or other team members. Escalates issues for resolution when appropriate.
- Presents alternatives for requirements and solution design and suggests improvements in business processes.
- Assists in solution development and bug troubleshooting.
- Works with cross-functional teams, and other IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of systems projects.
- Documents processes, uses cases, best practices and requirements and shares with multiple teams.

Physical Requirements:- Largely a sedentary role, however, routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and printers.
- Occasionally lifting, moving, or carrying equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Visual acuity required.
Work Environment:- Professional office environment.
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles due to necessary communication with warehouse personnel.
- Occasionally exposed to noise level that is moderate to high.
Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience:At least 2 years' experience related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
