Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as the I-ERP Integration Manager within our Platform & Foundations Integrations organization. In this role, you will act as the connective layer across the SAP delivery ecosystem, aligning cross-program release dependencies across Supply Chain, Finance, Invoicing, MMP, and related capabilities. As an ERP Release Manager, you should have a strong technical background and demonstrate experience in enterprise SAP testing, cross-system integration, and delivery coordination across complex, multi-platform landscapes.

Responsibilities include the end-to-end coordination of integrated testing scope, risk visibility, and release readiness, from upstream design decisions through cutover execution, working within highly matrixed global teams and in close partnership with testing, integration, architecture, and product stakeholders. By leveraging deep SAP expertise and a proactive, governance-driven mindset, you will ensure that design, configuration, and process changes are translated into clear testing scope and integrated execution priorities that support platform stability and business confidence at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the integration point across SAP delivery programs, working closely with testing, integration, cutover, architecture, and product teams to ensure coordinated execution and release readiness
  • Translate design, configuration, and process changes into clear testing scope, integration scenarios, dependency mapping, and risk visibility across the enterprise delivery ecosystem
  • Lead the integration of the testing perspective across Supply Chain, Finance, Invoicing, MMP, and related SAP capabilities
  • Ensure that end-to-end impacts are understood and reflected in testing coverage, and that dependencies, interfaces, and data flows are consistently accounted for across teams
  • Proactively engage upstream to identify integration risks, scope gaps, and sequencing challenges early in the lifecycle, before execution begins
  • Partner with architecture and delivery teams to ensure that downstream testing and cutover implications are understood ahead of execution, reducing late-cycle defects and rework
  • Provide visibility into cross-program dependencies, integration risks, and testing gaps to enable leadership to make informed, risk-based decisions on delivery timing and readiness
  • Support broader testing enabler and toolchain initiatives, ensuring improved traceability across design, testing, defects, and release readiness
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve delivery outcomes
  • Promote consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement across testing scope, readiness, and execution practices
  • Thrive in a highly matrixed, fast-paced global environment, collaborating effectively across teams in the US and India

Qualifications

We recognize that no one person will embody every single quality or skill listed below. If you are passionate about enterprise SAP delivery and have a strong foundation in integrated testing governance and cross-program coordination, we encourage you to apply.

Education:

  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise application testing or quality management
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading testing teams or testing leads
  • Experience working in a global or multi-location delivery model across complex, multi-platform SAP landscapes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, globally distributed team

Required Technical Experience:
  • Strong understanding of enterprise testing methodologies and how they enable end-to-end validation across integrated business processes
  • Ability to translate design, configuration, and process changes into comprehensive testing scope, integration scenarios, and dependency mapping
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, including interfaces, data flows, and cross-system dependencies within SAP landscapes
  • Experience identifying downstream and upstream impacts of changes across complex, multi-system environments
  • Familiarity with SAP testing and delivery toolchains (e.g., ALM, defect tracking, dashboards) to support traceability across design, testing, and release readiness
  • Ability to assess gaps in testing coverage and ensure alignment across teams to support integrated execution

Preferred Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment, influencing outcomes across testing, integration, cutover, architecture, and product teams without direct ownership of delivery
  • Strong governance and systems thinking mindset, with the ability to identify risks, drive alignment, and improve visibility across cross-program dependencies
  • Experience driving cross-functional coordination to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve delivery outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse, multicultural stakeholders across time zones
  • Continuous learning mindset focused on improving testing practices, toolchain capabilities, and delivery governance
