ERP Project Manager

Company Overview Based in Philadelphia, FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is the nation's premier provider of high-quality school uniforms, medical apparel, and gym wear. As a family-owned and operated business, the company proudly serves more than 500,000 students across 1,500+ schools nationwide each year.

Position Summary The ERP Project Manager is responsible for leading full lifecycle implementations of Infor ERP solutions, including CloudSuite, M3, Factory Track, OS, and Document Management, as well as Point of Sale (XStore) and eCommerce platforms (Shopify). This role oversees project scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication, ensuring regulatory compliance, proactive risk management (RAID), and effective coordination of cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver successful, business-focused Go-Lives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Implementation
  • Lead comprehensive ERP and system implementations from design and configuration through testing, training, and deployment, maintaining disciplined control over scope, budget, and timelines, with emphasis on Infor M3, XStore, and Shopify.

Project Planning & Governance
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to defined project management standards and methodologies.

Budget & Resource Management
  • Manage project budgets, forecast staffing and resource needs, monitor utilization, and ensure projects are delivered in a cost-effective manner.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, provide regular status reporting to executive leadership, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues proactively to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Change Management & User Adoption
  • Support organizational change by coordinating training efforts and guiding business users through the adoption of new systems and processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • ERP Experience: 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, preferably with Infor solutions (M3, CloudSuite, Factory Track, ION).
  • Project Management Tools: Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Meeting & Training Coordination: Proven experience leading project status meetings with leadership and coordinating end-user training, including post-training support.
  • Parallel Testing: Demonstrated ability to plan and manage end-to-end parallel testing between legacy and new systems in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Retail Business Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail operations, ideally within school uniforms, contract-based retail, or manufacturing environments.
  • User Adoption: Strong track record of aligning business teams and driving adoption of new systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification: PMP certification preferred.
  • Core Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP functional and technical components, including system integrations and data migration.

Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days remote.
  • Full in-office attendance required during peak selling season (August-September).
