Position Overview:

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Implementation & Support Administrator to lead and support the deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, or related modules). This role will drive successful implementations, ensure seamless integration with external systems, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Oracle Cloud, strong systems integration skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class digital solutions.

As the Oracle Cloud Implementation Administrator, you will:
  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, ERP, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Partner with internal HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth and compliant data exchanges with systems such as ADP, Celergo, Fidelity, Salesforce, and other benefits or financial platforms.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud security, roles, and data access policies in alignment with governance and privacy requirements.
  • Drive system enhancements and process improvements post go-live, supporting business users with best practices and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with third-party implementation partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure ongoing support and operational excellence through proactive monitoring, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as they apply to employee and business data.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Oracle Cloud-related issues and incidents.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, BI Publisher, and related technologies.
  • Deliver training and documentation to end users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and knowledge transfer.


Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and support (HCM, ERP, or related modules).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud architecture, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience working with international payroll, benefits, or financial integration platforms (e.g., ADP, Celergo, Fidelity, Salesforce).
  • Solid understanding of data privacy and security best practices in cloud implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Oracle certification(s) in relevant Cloud modules preferred.
  • Experience in energy, utilities, or technology sectors a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) for support ticket management.
  • Knowledge of change management processes and training development for end users.
