Role OverviewWe are seeking an
ERP Information Systems Manager with strong expertise in integrations, specifically EDI and API-based architectures. This role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange across supply chain, procurement, logistics, and partner ecosystems, ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient system connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- ERP Integration & Architecture
- Own and support ERP integrations using EDI and API frameworks.
- Design, implement, and maintain EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810).
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs for internal and external system integrations.
- Cross-Functional Enablement & Data Integrity
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams to enable system connectivity with suppliers, customers, and 3PLs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability across systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate resolutions with partners and vendors.
- Projects & Documentation
- Participate in ERP projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Document integration architecture and provide training to users and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP systems and integrations.
- Hands on with ERP platforms Oracle Fusion and OIC specifically.
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards and tools (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with middleware/integration platforms (Orderful, MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Background in supply chain or logistics environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
Base salary range is $135,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
