WORK SCHEDULE

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise revenue cycle training programs, including learning objectives, curricula, assessments, job aids, instructor guides, and learner materials
- Translate complex revenue cycle workflows into clear, engaging, and performance-based learning solutions for new hire, refresher, and ongoing education
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and change management practices to create effective blended learning experiences
- Partner with operational leaders, analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify training needs, close performance gaps, and ensure curriculum aligns with business objectives
- Conduct curriculum reviews, audits, usability testing, and training evaluations to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Lead medium-sized education development projects, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Serve as an instructional design subject matter expert, mentoring team members and promoting best practices in curriculum development
- Analyze learner performance data and training outcomes to recommend education strategies and improve operational results
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and occasional in-person revenue cycle and Epic training programs.
- Facilitate learning for diverse audiences, ensuring comprehension of complex systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Monitor learner progress and proficiency, provide coaching and feedback, and recommend additional training when needed
- Support ongoing end-user education by responding to questions, troubleshooting learning issues, and partnering with operational leaders to reinforce training adoption
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
- Contribute to team process improvements, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives
- Maintain expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle applications, workflows, and industry best practices through ongoing education and certification requirements
- Participate in special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, English, or related
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare instructional design, clinical education, patient access, or patient financial services
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing training curricula that integrate technology, workflows, and adult learning principles in a complex healthcare environment
- 1+ year of experience delivering training across multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience leading or coordinating projects in cross-functional healthcare environments.
- Current Epic Revenue Cycle proficiency or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Experience developing multimedia and eLearning content using tools such as Captivate, Amplifire, or similar authoring platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and EHR training in inpatient, ambulatory, or acute care settings
- Strong communication, facilitation, project management, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to translate complex workflows into effective educational content
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement
Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
Pay Range Minimum:
$99,999.96 annual
Pay Range Maximum:
$120,000.00 annual
