Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?This opportunity is a global agency trading position supporting trading equity markets outside of North America in a 24 hour model
What will you do?- Maintain Trading information systems and daily processing equity agency business
- Develop an expertise in equity agency trading
- Execute agency orders as requested by clients and ensure best execution for our clientele
- Provide updates on the trades, market, trading environment and trading volume and price instability
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines, sometimes for extended periods of time
- Interaction with Investment Advisors and Investment Representatives
- Master the nuances of market mechanics in multiple countries
- Trade reconciliation
What do you need to succeed? Must have:- 2-3 years related industry experience or undergraduate degree in finance, economics or mathematics
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH)
- Traders Training Course
- Detailed knowledge of securities markets and investment instruments
- Flexible work
Nice to have:- Knowledge of securities trading patterns and market trends
- Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
