Job Details:Job Description: This is an onsite position reporting to the Tool Install Manager at the Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro Oregon.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support equipment readiness and commissioning for Tool Demo, Conversion and Installation up to Supplier Qualification; from Pre-Design through construction install to SL2SO. Support the TIM and Functional Area Teams on delivering project success for safety, quality, scope, schedule and budget of the area.
This role will mentor, develop, direct and influence a team of Engineers and Technicians directly and in a matrix environment, providing guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.
Manage onsite CW construction resources and equipment vendors including funding, forecasting, providing performance feedback and logistics support in concert with rest of site operations.
Apply technical expertise within their functional area, providing actionable direction to technicians and engineers for technical problems such as demolition, conversion, and installation troubleshooting.
Facilitate organizational communication from engineering module ideation to actionable scope execution to achieve direct effect on the wafer and process development.
Ensure the site execution teams have prompt forecasting, procurement, delivery, set and commissioning of equipment to meet program needs. Integrate planning and coordination across construction trades, equipment vendors and third parties.
Interact with CTI/VF counterparts routinely to enable cross-site learning and developing BKMs for tool installs scope and facility preparation and commissioning activities.
Facilitate taskforces, AARs, Lean initiatives in pursuit of continuous improvement in FCS processes. Uses judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.
Foster innovation and transform traditional construction practices by driving new methods and engineering solutions through leveraging industry insights.
Partner with assigned engineering modules to ensure alignment and execution meet Intel priorities, providing clear feedback to both.
Flexibility to work across the various areas within Tool Install, taking on additional horizontal scope as required to meet needs of the project/program.
Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction and tool commissioning execution.
Role model safety and quality for new tool installations across construction, suppliers, and IQ personnel. Leverage JHA/FMEA business processes for proactive safety/quality risk identification and prevention plans, and 8D learnings for unforeseen incident reviews.

Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have at least one of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, or related technical field
3+ months of experience or coursework in project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and expertise in the installation, demolition, and operation of process tool equipment.
Understanding of Intel IQ systems (e.g. EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, 6D, Fuzion, QUEST, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Safety Level Signoffs).
Experience in 3rd Party supplier management and coordination of day-to-day operations.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $73,820.00-118,430.00 USD
