  • Education:
    • Associate's degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field).
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role.
    • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge.
    • Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment relationships.
    • Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Basic communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

    Work Environment:

    • Physical Demands:
      • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
    • Work Schedule:
      • This position is for second shift and will require 6-12 months on day shift training 6 a.m. to 2:30 PM. Second shift Hours will be 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
      • Ability to work a standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtime.


The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

Leominster, MA Minimum of $80,500 salary per year / Maximum of $110,700 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
