Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in calibration and maintenance activities.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong technical aptitude with proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
• Preferred machine shop experience for practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Author and review new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Draft Equipment Requirements Specifications and maintain documentation for calibrations and maintenance.
• Support Equipment Management Program with procedural generation.
• Schedule and collaborate with suppliers for the servicing and calibration of equipment.
• Identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement corrections.
• Conduct Equipment Impact Assessments following failures.
• Drive continuous improvement by working with cross-functional teams.
