Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or production operations support
• Proficient in EHS management systems and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Experience managing contractors and vendors for facility maintenance
• Ability to analyze maintenance KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proven track record in leading capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set work priorities and schedule repairs and maintenance for production support.
• Ensure rapid response to equipment and facility issues to safeguard production targets.
• Develop and implement the site's EHS management system.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
• Lead safety initiatives through the Joint Loss Management Committee.
• Manage facility systems to maintain operational excellence.
• Oversee CMMS for effective maintenance management.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs for improved operational performance.
• Identify facility requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Lead capital projects focusing on facility improvements.
