Job Description:
What You'll Do

As the EPM Global Capability Lead, you will drive the development and implementation of supply capability programs for the newly established Enterprise Program Management (EPM) Center of Excellence within Mars Snacking. In this highly visible role, you will lead the charge in building and deploying capability interventions that deliver the EPM blueprint and bridge our legacy businesses.

You will lead the global EPM capability community of practice, defining new ways of working and partnering closely with regional and divisional EPM teams to diagnose needs, create annual capability plans, and leverage digital tools to drive associate competency and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global and regional EPM teams to diagnose capability needs, build annual capability plans, and drive associate competency aligned with business-critical needs.
  • Lead the global EPM capability community of practice (CoP) to ensure the principle of "decentralized standardization" is maximized in the design and deployment of the curriculum.
  • Assess the effectiveness of capability-building activities across regions to evaluate value added to teams and the business, using insights to scale successes and drive continuous improvement at pace.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-party organizations to infuse external best practices into development programs and pathways, supported by the Mars 70/20/10 methodology.
  • Own the accessibility and knowledge management approach for the EPM capability curriculum, leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to ensure on-demand availability.
  • Partner with the EPM Leadership Team to audit work system maturity and compliance, and create/execute continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in capability & training, project management, or digital transformation, preferably within a large multinational or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and a strong understanding of program and project management stage-gate processes.
  • Familiarity with QuEST, QES, PPM, and/or Kellanova equivalent processes and tools (preferred).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and bridge the gap between technical and business terminology.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex project updates, risks, and resource requirements into clear executive summaries.
  • Professional presence with experience coaching and training across all levels of the organization and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI-enabled tools and digital capabilities to improve training outcomes, collaboration, and team effectiveness.
  • Experience effectively working with and managing 3rd-party vendors.
