Epic Reporting Analyst Job Description: Hybrid candidates and also must be Epic Certified?We are seeking a skilled Epic Reporting Analyst, Work Bench & SlicerDicer Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and decision support functions. This individual will work with clinical, operational and IS leaders to design and build high-value reporting content in Epic. and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications and Required Skills- 5+ years of experience with Epic's analytics tools (Workbench, SlicerDicer)
- Proven ability to deliver impactful reports and dashboards for hospital operations, i.e. Clinical, Revenue Operations, etc.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding data structures and reporting hierarchies
- Four Year College Degree from an accredited university
- EPIC related certifications and work experience
Responsibilities:
- Design and build custom reports in Epic's Reporting Workbench (RWB) and SlicerDicer tools
- Educate users on self-service analytics using SlicerDicer and Workbench
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics
- Translate operational needs into technical report specifications
- Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
