Support Center



As an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst I, you will:
• Analyzes defined operational and clinical workflow needs; configures, builds, tests, and validates assigned Epic application functionality under general guidance and in accordance with approved standards.
• Serves as a support contact for assigned applications; responds to end-user questions, troubleshoots incidents, documents findings, and escalates complex or cross-application issues appropriately.
• Identifies and implements approved system changes, including requirements clarification, configuration, unit and integrated testing, change-control documentation, and post-change validation.
• Works with operational subject matter experts, end users, Epic representatives, and other application teams to align system functionality with business needs, project deliverables, and timelines.
• Develops and maintains accurate application, workflow, testing, issue, and support documentation; contributes to knowledge articles, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Participates in project meetings, site visits, integrated sessions, and status reviews; communicates assigned deliverables, risks, dependencies, and end-user concerns.
• Participates in end-user education, go-live readiness and support, upgrades, downtimes, and other scheduled or unscheduled support activities, including work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of assigned Epic applications, AHC policies and workflows, healthcare technology, patient safety practices, and applicable regulatory requirements; completes required Epic training and certification activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:
• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare, information systems, business, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• 3-5 years of direct clinical, healthcare operations, information systems, application support, or related experience. Prior Epic experience is preferred but not required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to meet Epic's training requirements and obtain certification in the assigned application(s) within the timeframe established by AHC; certification must be maintained as required. Current clinical licensure is preferred when relevant to the assigned application.
• Must be able to complete required Epic training, projects, and examinations and participate in travel and extended-hour support as business needs require.
• Experience in Ambulatory care, Patient Portal, Population Health, Home care or Research preferred

Work Schedule:

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours per Week: 40 hours/week

Typical Daily Schedule: 8 am- 5 pm Monday through Friday 

Shift Type: Day Shift

Holiday Requirements: Follow company holiday calendar 

Pay Range:

$71,932.12 - $107,889.60

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
