Summary:
The Application Analyst will serve as an intermediate level functional expert and is responsible for the workflow configurations, support, and any on-going build efforts including upgrades, and modifications for EPIC and other applications required by the healthcare system. This position will also be responsible for specific aspects of assigned projects, will research system problems, refer problems as required to vendors, assist in training users on assigned software and will work with various departments to ensure satisfaction with their systems. The Application Analyst provides outstanding customer service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care and ensure revenue integrity.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Provide excellence in customer service under all circumstances
- EPIC Application implementation, troubleshooting, and support experience preferred
Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred

- Related clinical or business experience
