  • Lead a diverse team including Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Construction Managers to accomplish project goals.
  • Ensure integration of design, manufacturing, and field execution to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain alignment with Project Management regarding project goals, finances, and quality standards.
  • Monitor field execution to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and enforce standardized construction methods and best practices across projects.
  • Assist in overseeing large field projects and coordinating manpower and material management.

TheEPC Field OperationsLeaderis a leadership rolefor a team of individuals whoareresponsible forplanning, executing, andoptimizingfield construction activitiesand industrialized construction initiativesacross the company27sEPC(Engineer,Procure, Construct)portfolio. This leaderguides individual site leadershippersonneltoensureeachprojectis delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards, while scaling field teams, standardizing execution, oversight of subcontracting partners, and aligning construction operations with engineering, procurement, and project management.Activities are performed both on-site at customerfacilities and within the variousFaith Technologies offices. Ideal candidates must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,Teams,and Word), ACC,Bluebeamand experience inAccubidis preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED,Journeyman or Master Electrician License,Construction Management Degree, or equivalentfield experience

Experience: 15+ years of field experience, including not less than10years of successful experience as a project superintendent.Proven experience leading a team of superintendents andelectricaland or mechanicalself-performlabor for an EPCcompany that has overall responsibility for theproject(s)

Travel: up to 75%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Champions a zero-incident safety cultureand application of FTI Safety Policiesacross alljob sites
  • Leads construction operations and a successful team ofSuperintendents, Field Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, Construction Managers, Quality Controls Managers, and Foreman
  • Ensure seamless integration of design, manufacturing, and field execution.Bridges operations,Excellerate, VDC, and Preconstruction teams tooptimizeconstructability, manufacturability, and scheduling outcomes
  • Maintains strong alignment with Project Managementon specific project goals, challenges, finances, and quality.
  • Assistproject teams in coordinating visits, inspections, and punch lists with customer field representatives and JHAs.
  • Ensures field execution aligns with projects schedules, production goals, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Establishes,supportsand enforces standardized construction methods, field procedures, best practices, and continuous improvements effortsto provide consistency acrossprojects.
  • Reinforcesproject compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes
  • Responsible for field personnel management, including addressing staffing, performance, safety, and sitelevel issues
  • Assistsin constructionestimates.
  • Assistswithcoordinationanddeploymentoflargefieldprojects(includes,butisnotlimitedto:changeorders,material management/material orders, andmanpowerscheduling).Identifiesand coordinates in areas of riskmanagement.
  • Assists Workforce Manager, GroupLeader, and Project Managers with the oversight of FieldPersonneland Subcontractors.
  • Assistsgroup with overall resource planning and scheduling over multiple projects. This includesidentifyingwhen specific crews and individuals to be ready to move fromone site to the next.
  • MeetswithProjectManagersonascheduledweeklybasistoreviewjobtrackingandresponsibilities(hours,materials,manpower,etc.).
  • Coordinates with Project Coordinator and Workforce Manager on their dailymanpowerneeds.
  • Assistsite specific leadership with issue resolution as needed.
  • Monitor productivity and implement solutions to improve productivity in areasidentified.
  • Attends meetingsas needed to provide feedback and updates with project management, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Effectivelydelegatestofieldleadershipwithpropercontrolsystemsinplacetoensureaccountabilityandtopreventdecision makingbottlenecks.
  • Manages the boundaries that separate units which report directly and with other parts of the business. Monitors the flow of workbetweenhis/herunitandothersintheorganization;askingquestions,andrecommendingimprovements.Understands and conveys functional strategies, business strategies, and corporatemission. Fosters effective cross-functional collaborations to accelerate workprocesses.
  • Review of daily superintendent andforemenreports for quality information, scheduled progress, and completeness.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
