Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has immediate openings for multiple Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorneys with 3+ years of substantive experience with our Northern California offices. These positions may present a remote (work from home) or hybrid opportunity.

Do you want to write and argue significant motions and make new laws? If so, we need you! We are a collegial and dedicated group of environmental and toxic tort lawyers who work together to achieve the best possible results for our clients, some of the most well-known businesses in the world. We are equally dedicated to mentoring our associates to become the best advocates they can be. The ideal candidates must have at least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort. Cannabis experience is a plus. Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials and be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision.

 

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

 

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

 

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
