Environmental Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Environmental department in all services including Phase I/II ESA's, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint survey, UST/LUST assessments, site remediation, soil/groundwater sampling and more. This person will complete fieldwork as well as work on technical reports and proposals. This position will travel up to 20% of the time depending on project load/location.
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary)
What you'll do:- Perform environmental services including Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs),
- Perform soil and groundwater sampling
- Assist in assessment and remediation and field observation documentation.
- Perform industrial hygiene services to include assisting with asbestos, indoor air quality, and lead surveys.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals and reports
- Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project
- Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationships with clients

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:- BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
- 2+ years of proven technical environmental consulting with Phase I ESAs and/or Asbestos Inspection experience
- Current, Valid Texas Asbestos License
- Must be able to perform tasks in varying field/office conditions
- Must be computer literate and able to operate most field/office equipment relating to one's discipline
- Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record (required)
