- Stand up and maintain an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, aligning facility procedures to the framework and driving toward certification.
- Own the environmental compliance budget and manage sampling labs, consultants, and disposal vendors, and manage and develop the environmental specialists assigned to the program.

What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.- You've managed an air permit program end to end, including permit condition tracking, emissions calculations, and reporting that passed agency review without exceedances.
- You've owned EPCRA Tier II reporting and an SPCC program, run the drills, and kept a spill response team trained and ready.
- You've stood up or maintained an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and can point to a certification or audit you carried through.
- You've managed and developed environmental specialists, or owned the sampling-lab, consultant, and disposal-vendor relationships and budget for a compliance program.
- You hold a technical background in environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related field, because emissions calculations and permit interpretation depend on it.
- You've been the primary point of contact for a state or county environmental agency (ADEQ or a county air quality department) during inspections or audits, and closed out findings on your own timeline.
- You run a compliance calendar with zero missed regulatory deadlines, not a tracker you reconcile after an agency notice arrives.
- Bonus: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification. Title V or synthetic-minor air permit experience. Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or Registered Environmental Manager (REM) credential. Multi-state environmental compliance experience.
Compensation: $105,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Offers equity in the form of stock options.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
