Why This Role Is DifferentYou'll be joining a firm whose work you already understand, in a role with direct access to leadership and a genuine mandate to improve how we operate. You'll start with real ownership, and this is a deliberate succession path - as you grow into the role, so does the scope. For the right person, this is a path to leading our health and safety practice at a firm that promotes from within.
Why H&HWe foster a positive work culture built on career and personal development, collaboration and training, quality-driven work, and frequent employee recognition. Our people work on challenging projects alongside experienced project managers and senior leaders, and we invest deliberately in developing well-rounded consultants who become trusted advisers to clients and future leaders of the firm.
