What You Bring- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
- Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
- Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

About the RoleAs a
Provider Relationship Manager, you'll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.
You'll spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
