Position Summary:

The Manager, Enterprise Systems & Program Delivery is a hands-on project and program leadership role responsible for driving the execution of enterprise technology initiatives that support key business functions. This role independently owns and delivers projects end to end as a strong collaborator, while also supporting the Director on larger, more complex, cross-functional initiatives by managing workstreams, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining delivery rigor.

The ideal candidate brings solid project management fundamentals, strong organizational and communication skills, and a working knowledge of enterprise systems and integrations. They will manage day-to-day execution, track and report on progress, and serve as a reliable partner to business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle — from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Program Delivery

  • Independently plan, manage, and deliver enterprise systems projects from initiation through close, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Support the Director on larger, more complex initiatives by owning defined workstreams, deliverables, or project phases.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports, escalating risks and issues as needed.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to the initiative, adapting delivery approach to project needs.

Enterprise Systems Support & Coordination

  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and various system owners and technical teams to support the performance and continuous improvement of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM, scheduling and dispatch platforms).
  • Coordinate with the enterprise integrations team on system interoperability and data flow for assigned projects.
  • Help capture and document business requirements, workflows, and system configurations to guide development teams.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Facilitate regular status meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins for assigned projects.
  • Prepare clear, accurate project status reporting for leadership visibility, rolling up into broader PMO and portfolio reporting.
  • Maintain accountability across internal teams and external vendors on assigned deliverables and timelines.

Testing, Implementation & Adoption

  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document system needs.
  • Coordinate and support UAT and QA activities, tracking defects and driving resolution through go-live.
  • Assist in developing training materials and change communications to support user adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support and monitor early adoption, escalating systemic issues to the Director.

PMO Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Follow and help refine PMO tools, templates, and standard processes for project tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and identify opportunities to improve delivery consistency across projects.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or IT delivery, ideally within an enterprise PMO environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications independently.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integrations, or healthcare operations systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid); PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Our Culture:

  • We have a clear vision of where we are going, and we are guided by core values that embody our organization and our culture.
  • We emphasizes innovation and growth, and you will be given the opportunities and tools to develop personally and professionally.
  • We encourage and celebrate collaboration.
