Full Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for both SAP (with underlying SQL Server database) and Acumatica.
  • Manage user access, configurations, integrations, customizations, patches, and upgrades across both platforms.
  • Partner with finance, operations, and warehouse/site teams to translate business needs into ERP workflows and improvements.
  • Develop a roadmap for harmonizing or consolidating ERP platforms over time as the company scales through acquisition.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pilot AI tools and automation opportunities that improve productivity, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Translate emerging technology into practical, ROI-justified recommendations for the leadership team.
  • Establish governance for business applications and data: application-level access controls, change control, data quality, vendor management, and documentation.
  • Help build out the applications and data function as the company grows - defining processes, recommending future hires, and supporting the eventual CIO/CTO.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT, business systems, or ERP administration roles.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with SAP (SAP B1 preferred but not required)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, performance, backups, and security.
