WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own post-sale client relationships for assigned programs, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through completion.
Translate client commitments into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and internal responsibilities while keeping programs on track.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and other internal teams to manage client expectations, approvals, deliverables, and execution.
Support a portfolio that may include conferences, live events, virtual programs, webinars, digital campaigns, or other healthcare-focused offerings depending on the position.
Proactively monitor client satisfaction, project risks, and delivery challenges, resolving issues early and communicating clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide performance updates and reporting, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand existing partnerships.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
5+ years of experience in client success, account management, client services, campaign management, events, or a related client-facing role.
Experience managing conferences, events, virtual programs, digital campaigns, webinars, or other multi-stakeholder client programs from planning through delivery.
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, healthcare media, medical device, or a related industry background
Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to confidently work with a variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and cross-functional partners simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical-sponsored programs, healthcare compliance requirements, project management platforms, or event technology is highly valued.
