Enterprise Systems & Governance Manager Program: CHILD CARE ASSOCIATES Team: Support Operations Address: 3000 E Belknap St, Fort Worth, TX 76111 FT/PT Status: Full Time Position Overview Leads governance activities for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management System (PMS), and other enterprise platforms managed by Information Technology (IT) and Support Operations. Establishes policies, standards, and controls that ensure data quality, system integrity, security, compliance, and effective technology utilization. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to oversee training, system enhancements, user access, reporting standards, data governance practices, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Child Care Associates' operational and strategic objectives. This position is part of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) and partners closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The role also collaborates across Child Care Associates' program and direct service teams to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen system adoption, improve data quality, and support data-informed decision-making. Provide strategic oversight for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management System (PMS), and other enterprise platforms to ensure systems support Child Care Associates' (CCA) operational and strategic goals. Establish and maintain system governance policies, standards, procedures, and controls that promote data quality, system integrity, security, compliance, and consistent adoption across departments. Analyze business needs, system performance, user feedback, and reporting requirements to identify process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.   • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Program teams, and Direct Service teams to drive effective adoption and utilization of enterprise systems.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support related to system processes, data standards, reporting expectations, user access protocols, and best practices.
  • Lead communication efforts related to system enhancements, implementation timelines, user readiness activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership, governance committees, advisory groups, and departmental representatives to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and support informed decision-making.
Operational Governance
  • Develop, document, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, business processes, and system administration procedures aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and funding guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with data governance standards, reporting requirements, user access controls, system change management procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support operational workflows related to procurement, travel, mileage reimbursement, purchasing, and other state- or federally funded program processes as they intersect with enterprise systems and governance responsibilities.
  • Track governance risks, issues, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Executive Support & Strategic Planning
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CCA's programs, operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, organizational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, improved communication, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to leadership regarding enterprise systems, operational processes, and governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
  • Preferred project management experience or project management certification with strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and best practices for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Experience in managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and related tools (HubSpot Certified preferred).
  • Experience developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), business processes, and system governance frameworks.
  • Experience establishing and monitoring data standards, quality controls, validation processes, and reporting procedures.
  • Strong understanding of backend business systems, system integrations, APIs, and data workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of IT principles, including user access management, system security, networking fundamentals, and technology support best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)/Performance Management System (PMS) configuration, user administration, permissions, reporting, content management, and system maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Canva and related business technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, governance committees, advisory bodies, or board-related activities.
  • Knowledge of procurement, travel, mileage, and purchasing processes for state and federally funded programs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, leadership, community partners, and stakeholders.
