Job OverviewWe are seeking an
Enterprise SharePoint Services Representative (ESSR) to join our team. You will design, build, and sustain secure, enterprise-level SharePoint 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions across both NIPR and SIPR environments. By effectively translating complex Knowledge Management requirements into scalable digital workflows and site architectures, the candidate will drive enterprise-wide adoption and ensure strict alignment with organizational governance standards. This is an onsite position located in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design: The candidate will be responsible for the overarching technical structure of the collaborative platform, requiring deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and complex site organization. Furthermore, they must ensure these architectural solutions are engineered to operate securely across both unclassified and classified military networks.
- Requirements Translation & KM Alignment: A critical function of this role is serving as the bridge between strategic business needs and technical capabilities. The ESSR must be able to take core knowledge management frameworks and seamlessly transform them into functional digital tools. To do this effectively, the candidate must possess a strong foundational understanding of how KM policies dictate technical platform design
- Workflow Automation & Scalable Development: The ESSR will act as an automation specialist and digital innovator, ensuring that technical solutions can be adopted widely by a large, decentralized workforce. This involves managing the full development lifecycle, from initial concept mapping to enterprise deployment
Required Qualifications:- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience designing, building, and sustaining enterprise-level solutions within the SharePoint 365 environment.
- Experience with SharePoint Online architecture, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with secure configuration across NIPR/SIPR environments.
- Experience with solution prototyping.
- Experience with metadata and taxonomy standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate KM requirements, such as knowledge flow needs, taxonomy constraints, metadata models, governance rules, and lifecycle standards into technical SharePoint and workflow solutions.
- Demonstrate experience developing scalable, reusable solutions to support enterprise-wide adoption across geographically dispersed organizations.
- Possess a foundational understanding of KM principles including taxonomy application, content lifecycle management, information governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure SharePoint solutions align with enterprise KM policies and practices.
