Enterprise Sales Lead - Enterprise Portfolio Solutions

This position is part of our Leasing Advisory services within the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions platform.

JLL's global Enterprise Portfolio Solutions business partners with clients across industry sectors to enhance the performance of their real estate portfolios and people. Through a comprehensive global service delivery platform, Portfolio Solutions provides a diverse range of services, strategy and digital solutions that address the entire real estate cycle on a local to global scale for more than 500 clients across 80 countries. What this job involves:

The Enterprise Sales Lead - Portfolio Solutions is a sales position with primary responsibility of driving revenue growth for the Portfolio Solutions platform across clients with specific outsourcing needs, primarily in the Enterprise space consisting of the world's largest occupiers. The target candidate has delivered successful selling outcomes using structured sales processes and tools. The Enterprise Sales Lead will be the leader of our pursuit team comprised of Solution Managers, Business Line Leaders, Brokerage Leaders, Leasing Advisory professionals, Service Line SME's, Consulting and Marketing. The role requires strategic problem-solving ability and established credibility in the Commercial Real Estate community that instills confidence and trust.

This position can be based in any major city for ease of travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Owns and is pursuit leader in all aspects of the sales process. This includes nurturing new business relationships, developing, selling, and contracting comprehensive outsourcing solutions to meet the client's requirements;
  • Specific acumen in Portfolio Services, including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, Leasing Advisory, and Brokerage;
  • Working knowledge of complementary occupier services such as Occupancy Planning, Project & Development Services, and Facility Management;
  • Leverage relationships while collaborating with the Market Development Team to identify and develop a strong roster of prospects (close new business within 18-24 months) and a robust pipeline of targets (future new business to be closed beyond 2-years);
  • Exceed annual revenue quotas while meeting target margins;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of JLL's broad capabilities to meet client needs, recognizing opportunities to expand the client share of wallet by partnering with business and service line leaders including Leasing Advisory teams;
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting information in CRM while following JLL's robust sales and solution processes using its proprietary tools;
  • Build strong relationships with external RFP consultants, JLL Brokers, Leasing Advisory professionals, and Industry leaders;
  • Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organizations to further advance the recognition of JLL as a leader in Commercial Real Estate solutions;
  • Collaborate with our Markets and JLL Technologies colleagues and other Portfolio Solutions team members to deliver the full value of ONE JLL.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills;
  • Proven capabilities in developing solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions, leasing advisory, and brokerage services;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales;
  • The target candidate has delivered successful outcomes using structured sales processes and tools;
  • Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility; presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo; and able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers;
  • Dedicated to exceeding client's expectations, ensuring excellence in delivery is achieved through the right solution, delivering win/win outcomes;
  • Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience.


Preferred:
  • Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles strongly preferred;
  • Experience in leasing advisory, tenant representation, or landlord representation is highly valued;
  • Experience in real estate operations, brokerage, and/or outsourcing account relationship management strongly preferred;
  • Understanding of leasing transaction structures, market dynamics, and advisory services delivery models.


This compensation for this role is structured as a base + uncapped bonus potential

Estimated compensation for this position:

225,000.00 - 275,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
